Founder-led technology research and development

Keep important work intact.

Increation Tech helps organisations maintain clear, current, connected understanding across complex work, change, handovers and decisions.

When the next important decision lands on your desk, how much work do you have to do before you can trust what you are looking at?

You may already have the reports, systems, meetings and experienced people.

But before you can act, someone still has to work out what is current, what changed, which earlier decisions still apply, what remains unresolved, who owns what happens next — and what evidence shows that the intended outcome actually happened.

Often, that someone is you.

The problem may not be a lack of information.

It may be that too much of the understanding required to use it still has to be rebuilt at the moment of decision.

Important work may have been completed. What matters may still fail to carry forward.

A decision was made for good reasons. Then something changed.

The people changed.

The system changed.

The programme moved forward.

An assumption stopped being true.

Responsibility moved somewhere else.

The original information may still exist. What becomes harder to recover is the thread connecting what happened then with what should happen now.

A lesson was learned, but the next team does not encounter it when they need it.

An obligation remains, but ownership has moved.

A safeguard exists, but does not reach the moment when it should affect the next action.

A project is reported as complete, but someone still has to establish whether everything that mattered was actually resolved.

And sometimes the real question is even simpler:

What was supposed to happen — and what would prove that it genuinely did?

Individually, each gap can look manageable.

Across a complex programme, transformation or operating environment, they accumulate.

And responsibility still lands somewhere.

Our work begins there.

Two routes.
Two different questions.

Commercial organisations

What keeps having to be reconstructed before people can safely move forward?

If you are responsible for transformation, integration, technology, operations, governance or complex delivery, you may already recognise the problem.

The organisation has expertise, controls and systems designed to keep work moving. Yet experienced people — often the ones carrying the responsibility — still spend time reconnecting decisions, assumptions, responsibilities, previous learning and evidence before they can confidently make the next call.

This is where we can take on the reconstruction burden. Not to take the decision away from you, but to make the understanding around it easier to recover and use.

Researchers and funders

Could PE open a useful question in your own field?

We are not looking for researchers simply to validate our interpretation.

We are looking for researchers who see something in Publication Engine (PE)—an observed result, a mechanism, a failure mode or a comparison—that could help them investigate a question that already matters within their own field.

The purpose is two-way: to subject PE to independent scrutiny while allowing the evidence around PE to open useful questions for the researcher's own programme of work.

Start with the situation you already know.

You do not need to understand our technology first. Tell us where the work becomes harder than it should be.

Increation Tech first establishes three things:

What is actually happening?

What consequence is it creating?

What would have to change before you could say the problem had genuinely improved?

If there is a credible fit, the next step is a focused paid assessment of that particular area. No larger technology programme is assumed in advance.

Research, decision support and clearer working records

You can also commission a focused research brief, an options comparison, a handover pack or a review of current records. Tell us the result you need; we will propose a suitable scope, deliverable, fee and delivery date before work begins. Workflow and AI-assisted working assessments are available where the scope and evidence support them.

01

Organisational continuity

Important decisions, responsibilities, learning or current state become difficult to carry forward as work moves between people, teams, systems or stages of change.

The practical question is whether the organisation can recover what currently matters without repeatedly rebuilding the story from fragments.

02

AI coordination & operational assurance

You may already be using multiple AI systems, specialist agents or AI-assisted workflows.

That creates a related problem: how do you keep their work coordinated without losing a dependable understanding of what is current, what each system is allowed to do, what depends on what and whether the combined result can actually be trusted?

In internal testing, PE has coordinated multiple specialist AI capabilities while keeping important responsibilities, decisions and results controlled and connected.

That work is still being developed and tested carefully.

03

Outcome assurance — under validation

Sometimes the important question is not whether a task, ticket or process was closed. It is whether the promised real-world outcome actually happened.

Increation Tech is investigating whether organisations can preserve important obligations across handoffs, detect stale or contradictory status and require appropriate evidence before consequential work is treated as complete.

This is an emerging application under real-world validation, not a finished universal product.

Under validation

What the first paid assessment gives you

A defined problem

The situation, consequence and decision point stated clearly.

A current-state view

What is relied upon now, where reconstruction happens and who carries it.

A residual-gap view

What existing controls already solve and what remains genuinely unresolved.

A next-step decision

What evidence would justify a bounded pilot — or why we should stop.

Illustrative assessment: a hypothetical handover

Situation: A new team has the project files but cannot tell which earlier decisions still apply.

Current position: A shared tracker exists, but two unresolved decisions have no clear owner.

Remaining gap: The team cannot connect the latest approved decision to its assumptions, evidence and dependencies without further chasing.

Next-step decision: First check whether the existing tracker can close the gap. Consider a bounded pilot only if a material problem remains; compare recovery time, missed obligations and total staff and integration effort.

This hypothetical example explains the assessment format. It is not a client case or evidence of PE superiority.

The point is not to take people out of the work.

It is to make it easier for capable people to do excellent work without repeatedly rebuilding what should already be clear.

Experienced people carry far more than information. They know why something was done. They recognise the exception that matters. They remember what went wrong last time. They understand which apparently small detail changes the meaning of everything around it. And they know when the official version of events does not quite describe what is really happening.

Our aim is to reduce avoidable reconstruction, chasing, coordination and administrative burden so the people carrying responsibility can spend more of their time on the judgement and expertise that only they should exercise.

The technology should strengthen their ability to produce excellent work — not compete with their authority, obscure their contribution or take responsibility away from them.

Preserve understanding.

Preserve integrity.

Strengthen the people carrying the work.

Progress only when the evidence justifies it.

Each stage is a separate decision. Nothing further is assumed.

01

Written first review

Establish whether there appears to be a real problem worth examining.

02

Assess the fit

Examine one defined area closely enough to determine whether a responsible intervention could create useful evidence.

03

Controlled pilot

If justified, test the proposed approach with agreed scope, measures, safeguards and decision rights.

04

Operational use

Expand only what has demonstrated enough value and dependability to justify use in a larger agreed environment.

05

Continuing relationship

Where the evidence supports it, move to an ongoing service, licence, wider deployment or later PE capability relevant to the organisation.

Begin with the problem you already have.

That may be one process, programme or area where decisions, ownership, learning or current state are becoming harder to keep connected as the work changes.

It may be a group of AI systems that already need more dependable coordination and operational control. Or it may be a service workflow where something can be marked complete while the person depending on the outcome is still waiting for evidence that it genuinely happened.

If the evidence supports it, the relationship can move from understanding the problem to testing a focused intervention.

Alongside that commercial work, PE continues to develop as a broader AI operating architecture. Current work includes continuity across AI systems, specialist AI capabilities, authority, explainability, verified results, obligation continuity and increasingly agentic ways of working.

An organisation working with Increation Tech today is therefore not only engaging with the problem directly in front of it. It is also building a relationship with a technology programme already working on the kinds of problems that may become important next.

Publication Engine (PE) is the AI operating architecture being developed within Increation Tech's R&D programme.

PE investigates whether an AI-assisted system can preserve the relationships that allow later action to remain properly grounded:

  • what state is current;
  • what authority still applies;
  • what remains unresolved;
  • which previous experience is relevant;
  • what action is justified next;
  • and what evidence is required before the result can legitimately be treated as complete.

The programme is documented through dated evidence, controlled testing, separate evaluation roles, fresh-instance recovery and comparative work. Results that strengthen, weaken or fail to distinguish an interpretation are retained.

Specialist IP advice is in place. Applications to funding and support programmes are separate from independent validation of the research.

Independent scrutinyIndependent academic scrutiny remains one of the programme’s next research steps. Increation Tech is seeking collaborators who can examine the work independently, compare it with existing approaches and identify where the evidence opens a research question that matters in their own field.

Different researchers may see different questions in the same evidence.

For one, the interesting problem may be explainability. For another, continual learning. For another, multi-agent coordination, verification, human oversight, knowledge representation or reliable outcome closure.

Current questions include whether:

  • developed capability can remain usable across discontinuous AI environments without unsupported or outdated state becoming authoritative;
  • an AI system can make its action path more inspectable by preserving the relationship between state, authority, obligations, actions and results;
  • previous experience and safeguards can become correctly applicable to a later situation rather than simply being stored;
  • several specialist AI capabilities can contribute to one larger operation while preserving human authority, accountability, currentness and verified-result requirements;
  • consequential obligations can remain visible and current across handoffs until there is evidence of genuine discharge or authorised supersession.

We are not asking researchers to adopt our interpretation. We are looking for the point where the evidence creates a question worth testing in their field.

A defined investigation, with evidence limits made clear.

PE is under development; internal findings are not independent academic validation. Funding discussions start with a defined research question, who could benefit and what evidence would show progress.

A proposal would set out the comparison, milestones, delivery roles, resources and risks, distinguishing what existing evidence supports from what still needs to be tested. Funding, selection and partnerships are reported only when confirmed.

Define the question

Agree what is actually being tested, what evidence matters and what could disprove the proposed interpretation.

Protect the work

Agree confidentiality, access, intellectual-property and publication boundaries before protected material is shared.

Run a bounded investigation

Use methods capable of distinguishing the proposed explanation from credible alternatives.

Preserve the result

Keep the complete result—including negative and inconclusive findings—so later decisions reflect what actually happened rather than what anyone hoped would happen.

Protection and progress are designed together.

Early work is deliberately limited.

Start with a clearly defined area.
Prefer historical, synthetic, anonymised or non-sensitive material where possible.
No safety-critical decision-making in early work.
Client staff retain real decisions and authority.
No workforce-reduction, individual-surveillance or performance-ranking objective.
Protected detail follows agreed confidentiality and purpose.
Internal evidence is not presented as independent external validation.
Research questions are not presented as proven universal commercial capabilities.
Professional advisers, universities and support organisations are not represented as endorsing PE unless they explicitly do so.
Broader enterprise-scale AI coordination is not represented as externally validated until the evidence supports that conclusion.
Outcome Assurance is not presented as a proven platform, standard or cross-sector solution until real buyer/workflow evidence supports it.
Increation Tech does not replace the regulated, professional or operational judgement that properly belongs to the organisation or specialist responsible for it.

A careful first step

Important work stays intact when the understanding, responsibility and evidence behind it can survive the journey.

For a commercial leader, the starting point may be the moment when responsibility lands with you but too much of the context still has to be rebuilt before you can act.

For an organisation already using multiple AI systems, it may be the point where those systems need to work together without creating another layer of uncertainty for the people responsible for the result.

For a service organisation, it may be the gap between a process saying “complete” and having dependable evidence that the intended human outcome actually happened.

For a researcher, it may be an observed result that opens a question your field is equipped to test.

For a funder, it may be a clearly defined investigation with useful potential and honest limits on the evidence available today.

You do not need to solve the whole problem first. Start with the part you already recognise.
