Who we are

INCREATION TECH LTD is responsible for the information it uses to handle enquiries and research relevant professional contacts. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17492108. Our registered office is Artisans' House, 7 Queensbridge, Northampton, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom, NN4 7BF.

For privacy questions or requests, email delaney@increationtech.com.

Information we use

When you contact us, we use your name, contact details, professional role and the information you provide to understand your enquiry, assess whether we can help and respond. Please start with a brief, non-confidential description. Do not send personal client records or protected technical material in your first enquiry.

For relevant professional research, we may use names, roles, business contact details and publicly available professional work from organisational websites, professional profiles or referrals. When we contact someone using information obtained elsewhere, we identify the relevant source and purpose.

Providing information is voluntary. Without enough contact details or context, we may be unable to respond or assess the enquiry. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or start a paid engagement.

Why we use it

We use ordinary professional enquiry and research information for our legitimate interest in understanding and responding to relevant business or research opportunities. We consider whether the information is necessary, what the person would reasonably expect and any effects on them. Where an individual asks us to take steps towards a contract with them, we may instead use the information to take those requested steps.

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.

Services and people handling information

Correspondence is handled through Microsoft 365 supplied by GoDaddy. GoDaddy states that incoming messages to our business address are also connected to its Conversations inbox.

We use OpenAI's ChatGPT and Codex to assist with professional research, analysis and drafting. Information included in those workflows is processed by OpenAI under the terms and settings of the service used. We limit information to what is needed for the task and remove identifying details where practical. Delaney Fifield retains decisions about replies and engagements.

Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The page code has no enquiry form or added analytics scripts. The hosting service may process technical connection information and cookies under its own service arrangements.

Processing outside the UK

Our providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. GoDaddy’s data-processing terms describe UK transfer safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and the UK-US Data Bridge where applicable. Microsoft describes safeguards in its data-protection terms. OpenAI’s Europe privacy policy describes adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses with the UK transfer addendum. You can contact us for more information and copies of the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information while handling the enquiry or maintaining an active relationship. When a matter ends, we review whether information is still needed for outstanding commitments, agreed follow-up, accounting, legal obligations or resolving a dispute. Information no longer needed is deleted or genuinely anonymised. Where you object to marketing, we retain only the proportionate record needed to avoid contacting you again for that purpose. Our review includes copies in connected services and backups, subject to their documented recovery and legal-retention arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the purpose and lawful basis, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information, restrict its use, object to processing and, in some cases, receive a portable copy. Where consent is used, you may withdraw it. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

Email delaney@increationtech.com to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at Information Commissioner’s Office complaints.

Later engagements

Any later work involving confidential or personal client material requires separately agreed scope, access and processing arrangements, and appropriate privacy information, before that material is accepted.
